The Prior Lake Police Department is comprised of dedicated professionals that care about the community they serve and protect. 

We currently have 33 sworn peace officers in the following positions:

• Chief of Police
• 2 Commanders
• 6 Sergeants
• 19 Patrol Officers
• 3 Investigators
• Tribal liaison
• Drug Task Force Agent

Civilian Staff Consists of:

• Records Supervisor
• 4 Records Specialists
• Community Service Officer
• Property and Evidence Custodian
