The Public Works Department is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of all City infrastructure. This includes hydrant flushing, water meter replacements, sewer cleaning, snow plowing, street sweeping, pothole patching, sign maintenance, park mowing, playground inspections, ballfield maintenance and much more. The City strives to use resources efficiently and effectively, to maintain public infrastructure and maximize the useful life of all assets.
