Weather cancelations will be announced 30 minutes before the program start time. 

Outside rentals, organizations or school sports using city fields are in charge of cancelling their own programs and notifying their audiences. (This includes P.L.A.Y., Prior Lake Soccer Club, Prior Lake Amateur Baseball Association, Prior Lake-Savage Hockey Association)
