Join an EcoElsa educator to learn the history and science of maple syruping. Participants will also learn more about the different indigenous people who were the first to make syrup as we finish the maple syrup boiling process. Class will be taught all outdoors so make sure to dress for the weather.
Class will meet at the Lakefront Park Enclosed Pavilion, 5000 Kop Parkway SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372
