PDEV20-00018 - Wilds Ridge North - Conditional Use Permit - BT and Associates are requesting a conditional use permit to allow grading and land reclamation in excess of 400 cubic yards within a R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. The subject property is located at 14029, 14047, and 14061 McKenna Road. PIO: 254460010, 254460020, 254460030.

     

  2. PDEV20-00017 - 16731 Hwy 13 South - Conditional Use Permit - Terry Pivec, on behalf of the property owner Bealmake Partners LLC, is requesting a conditional use permit for animal handling to operate a dog grooming business in the South Lake Village commercial development located in the C-2 (General Business) Zoning District.   3. 2021 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule - Consideration to approve the 2021 Official Planning Commission meeting schedule.

 

*The Mayor and City M anager, based on Governor Walz's emergency declaration and recent "stay at home" order and in conjunction with the City's Emergency Declaration under Mi nn. Stat . Chap 12, have determined that an in-person meeting is not practical because of the COV/0-19 health pandemic.

 

All members of the  Planning  Commission  and  the  appropriate  staff  will be  present  at  the  meeting  through  telephone  or other  electronic  means . No persons will be present in the Council Chambers at City Hall because their presence at City Hall is not feasible due to the health pandemic. The Planning Commission members will be able to hear one another , and all discussion and testimony and votes will be conducted by roll call.

 

The public will not be permitted to attend the meeting physically because gathering at City Hall is not feasible due to the COVID-19 health pandemic.  Instead, the   public is encouraged  to listen to the  meeting live and  share comments or questions via email  prior to  or during  the  public hearing.
