The Prior Lake City Council will consider a motion to close a special meeting, under M.S. 13D.05, Subdivision 3(b), for attorney-client privileged discussions with Monte Mills of the Greene Espel PLLP law firm regarding a lawsuit titled Prior Lake Tobacco and Vape, Inc. v. City of Prior Lake. Following this closed session, the council will reconvene in open session.
